WHO IS JOE PUBLIC? Joe Public is a Portland, Oregon open soccer team. The spring 2002 season was our first season as a soccer team. We all came together because of a bulletin board posting looking for players to start a mens open soccer team here in Portland Oregon. Hence the reason behind the name of Joe Public FC. We are between 20 and 35 years old from all around the Portland metropolitan area.  We are here because we like to play and want to promote soccer in the Oregon and SW Washington area. As a member of the Oregon Adult Soccer Association and U.S. Soccer Federation. Currently we are a Division 2 team but we are trying to earn our way to Division 1.
